Default Triple Frontier, netflix now

Ben Affleck, however you spell his name, is the star, everyone else may look familiar and is forgettable. This is an intense action film takes place all over the place, including Bogota Colombia. A group of ex special forces type guys go on one last mission to make some money by ripping off a drug lord's secret jungle stash of a gazillion dollars... that's allot to carry when your helicopter breaks down ....this film is ripe with excellent action, you also discover the consequences of your actions and that not all choices are good ones, at least that is the way it turns out.

The story seems routine and has an uncharacteristic ending. Lots of bodies everywhere, vehicles are destroyed, innocent folks are caught in the crossfire, lots of going up and down mountains one rock at a time.

the film seems long as the story is intense and full of characters and little vignettes. I give it a 7.5 outta 10 for extreme effort and good action.

First hour is a great setup. When they leave the kingpin's house with the money, shut it off. The movies falls apart and just drags from there. You are better off imagining your own ending than watching the one they provided.

I was REALLY into it up to the midway point and then thought "Why did I even bother?" at the end.
