I finally got to see this last weekend and it was the perfect movie for a friday night. Meaning that there was little to no mental effort needed to enjoy the movie after a long week. Great action flick that I wouldn't mind watching twice.

I disagree, because I would never sit in a movie and not think about something. I thought it was amazing because of the challenge of putting together associations and anticipating the next even was fun. It had me going from the beginning, and if you sat in there and didn't think about anything, you missed all of the subtleties of the film.

I guess we both have differing opinions on the complexity of this movie then. By no means was I sitting in the theater amazed by the intricacies of the plot or depth of the characters. This simply wasn't that kind of movie; it was just an hour and half of entertainment. The point of my original post was that the enjoyment of this movie was not predicated on doing any mental gymnastics; at least not for me. Perhaps you enjoyed the challenge?
