Default Skyfall is quite good

Not without faults, great opening sequence. Very good Bond movie pretty much without any Bond gadgets.

I thought it was the Best movie I have seen in a long time . The story has a lot of substance to it and I think that was kind of lacking in the last two Bond pics. I would go see it again in a heartbeat . The only bad thing in the movie was that they were a little rough on the ole DB5! />

It was a solid movie but wasn't great in my opinion. I think there was still a lot of explaining left to do in the movie. The DB5 looked amazing and so did Berenice Marlohe

Great movie, but Skyfall < Casino Royale.

It was good, but I feel there were some scenes that dragged on too long without adding to the movie.

Just saw the movie with my sons ages 14 & 11 their first Bond movie. I go to a movie theatre about once every 3 or 4 years hate sitting with strangers, I would rather watch movies on my home system. First 2 old bats sat in front of me and had doused themselves with a gallon of Walmart perfume.

The the topper ,what the hell was the h0 m0 scene about ? I realize as a geezer that this is a brand new world and Hollywood is full of them but since when was Bond gay ?
No, no, no. After it was done I told my sons sorry for making them sit thru that and took them indoor karting after to make it up to them.
Guess you younger guys are more tolerant than I.

You're way out of your own />/> element. . . the best thing about the Daniel Craig era movies is that it's gadget-reduced. Even then, a handprint-detecting pistol and a (vintage) Aston that shoots missiles is nothing to sneeze at. I'll take it way over the outlandish Moore/Dalton/Brosnan shenanigans.

I still like Casino Royale better than Skyfall in terms of tautness, but it was still great; almost made up for the flaming pile that was Quantum of Solace.

Hey, it wasn't To Wong Foo. . . , but really? REALLY? I thought it was pretty straightforward: the bad guy was effeminate, and Bond wasn't going to be phased by it. Hell, Bond played along, and it was clear to me it was psychological gamesmanship than a sweaty bathhouse scene.

I cant get over bond being not dark haired, just doesn't suit the bond character to me. Also, didn't like how the story was all about M. I'd rather watch the older bond movies. I just didn't like skyfall at all compared to the previous installments.

Don't get me wrong Daniel Craig is great as bond but, this latest story just didn't do it for me. Kind of left the theater disappointed a bit.
