How strange. I just rented it today and just finished watching it. I thought it was a great movie. Dr. Jekyll, don't you realized Prot used Robert Porters body? At least that's what I got out of it. I hope I'm not spoiling it for anyone.

I thought it was a great movie, too. I saw it in theatres when it came out (I really wanted to see it). Very well written and the ending was good.
This role was a perfect fit for Kevin Spacey (sp?)
My favorite scene was when they were in the planetarium asking Prot all those questions.

Well, here's a possibility. Consider that there's two believers:
1. There is no life outside of Earth. (Could be for religious reasons, or they just don't believe in extraterrestrial life.)
2. Well, obviously there's life elsewhere!
Assume for a second that you split that down the middle. Would it possibly be more likely that, if the religious wing is correct (and no I'm not taking sides), and God created man in his image, that life on other planets could look alot like us? With changes here or there, in different extremes, to adapt for societal advancement and climate?
It's just a nutty theory, I know. I wrote a paper on the probable existence of Superman for a fiction class many years ago, with that "theory" as my foundation. I'm a comicbook nut, so it was kind of fun.
