it was a good movie.....
seeing jet li and jackie chan in the same movie...
that's epic.....

very cool movie. went in with "this movie is for non-asians in mind, forgive the plot & focus on the action" mindset, and that really worked out well, otherwise i would've been disappointed at the obvious stolen elements from "journey to the west".

i was surprised liu yifei could act in english (but then again she spent 4 years in NY as a kid so...)

It was better than I thought it would be and yet not near as good as I'd hoped it would be.

Ehh... 6.5 out of 10.

Come on now, it deserved at least an 8. The fight scenes were well done and very intense. The cinematography was epic all actors did a great job. The story was great and there was a good amount of comedy. If you love martial arts flix then you are going to love this movie.

had Li and Chan made this movie for Asia released than this would truly been epic, but still very good. Damn Hollywood!
