Bend it like Beckham
I thought it was a good movie. I could kinda relate b/c
1) I played soccer throughout my childhood and into highschool
2) I was the only asian dude in a predominately white league
3) I'm a fan of David Beckham also
The story line was kinda predictable and I predicted the ending. It was a good movie to me, nevertheless.

I really enjoyed this movie from start to finish, predictable yes but how could that be avoided? I thought that it was extraordinarily well done, a good mix of emotional stimuli and such.
I saw it many, many months ago and i just saw a trailer for its general release here in the states. *ugh*
so disappointed in the average moviegoing public, and in the movie industy for taking so long to make this a hit.
anyways, Jess is a very beautiful girl, Kiera(don't remember her characters name) is also attractive but not my type...i go for the exotic, non-white girls
