Actually your Miata is a ford to. Don't worry about it though. I have a Ford Explorer and a Mazda 626 as well as the s, so I'm well Ford entrenched. Don't forget Jaguar and Volvo. But, honestly as someone who also gets FORD corporate discounts, they don't give you anything major on cars they can sell, like the new Volvo SUV.
