Default Stock Radio Controls

I ran a search about using the stock radio controls with an aftermarket head unit, and all i found were dead links it seemed. Is there still a solution to this problem available? This will be my first mod and I want to do it right.

The stock deck suucks but the controls are convenient and i know if they were just sitting there dead it would bother me.

There's also some universal type adapters on crutchfield that will let you do this.

The Modify works great. I use it with my Alpine also.

Modifry DCI, hands down.

He also makes a plug-and-play S2000-> Alpine harness as well. No wire cutting/splicing or anything. You'll have the headunit swapped in 5 minutes.

well i've always preferred pioneer decks, but if he's making it that easy for an alpine i think id go for that. thanks!

That was one of the main points for me as well, especially once I found the iPod-oriented iDA-X001.

I spent a week running wires and putting together an amp rack and all that stuff, saving headache on the headunit install was quite nice.
