Squirrel nutz run
I saw that whiteone asked if our weekly run is still on so I figured I'd start this thread.
Jerry, sorry we were plugging up the wrong thread.
So far I think its going to be an Itr, a rex or two, and a few s2k's. Maybe Matt and his m3 will show up again. See you guys there.
And we'll try to keep the casualties down this time.

Hey Scott.... I thought you said you were going to wait until later to "pop the question"? Well good luck anyway.... I have a good map that looks like it covers all the roads we want to drive. I'll make copies and bring them along. See you guys on Saturday.

Won't be at this one or the one on the 28th, but I'll be there for the May 4th... Is it safe to say we're going to make this a standing weekly drive, barring weather and larger drives somewhere else?

Do you guys know about Squirrel Nut Zippers? Is that the official snack
I doubt if I'll show up on Saturday, because Paul won't get there until Sunday this time Seriously, I'm still dizzy from all those round-abouts
I have another mature candidate, who I have asked to PM to Paul if he's interested.

I have heard of that stupid band but I just liked the name for our run, sans zipper.
Buzz so far we have been keeping it weekly, and this will be the 4th or 5th time. Even though my fiancee has said "Don't tell me this is gonna be every saturday?" So far it looks like it has. Now if I can only get my car washed between now and tomorrow morning.

Buzz,
I just read the review that guy linked about your car. Nice! I didn't know how impressive that car was. My car has gotten amazing reviews but I didn't see most of them till I had already gotten it.
I saw the older wrx's in Europe a few years ago and fell in love with them. I always wanted a rally car but didn't think we would ever see them here in the US. Actually I really wanted an escort cosworth they push like 400 hp. So I figured since we never get any of the cool cars over here I'd get a nice black type r someday but then I hear we were getting the Subaru's and I had to have one. Of course the woman wouldn't let me so I started looking for a 3rd gen Rx7. I found a nice silver one for 16k but couldn't get a loan on a car built after 95, so that was out. Then I heard those magic words "I can't stop you from getting the Subaru" and I say "you'll allways be pissed if I get it" then said said she wouldn't so I got it. Now she's always pissed!!

Don't worry Paul......... She'll NEVER get over it!!!! My G/F HATES my car. She calls it the death trap. Don't think I am going to be able to bring her to the meet on the 28th with those roads we drive after the black bass. She would probably ruin my dash with her nails.
