South Jersey Autocross School - Sun 3/7

OK- so here's today's story:
The morning session was a mixed bag of braking lessons and an oval that had a slalom, and some different sized turns. Good practice.
The afternoon was a regular autocross, with 2 runs each.
Jen and I were B Stock, Mike, and his 04 got bumped into A Stock.
Overall, great weather day, some good instruction and an introduction to SCCA AutoXing.
Some pics
Mike then me getting ready. I had to borrow a helmet, so a little doo-rag was a necessity.
An interesting little vehicle was there. Apparantly, these are completely VW as far as engine and drivetrain go.
Oh Shit! Who's on the course here, and BACKWARDS no less? Anyone have a guess?
And finally the three of us getting ready to leave

Excellent day, even if I did cut 5000 miles off the clutch smoking it in the standing start/braking practise (Note, MY04 do not like side stepping the clutch at 6500rpm), you can still smell the burnt clutch.
