Semi-official HIN Philly show meeting time info/ what do I need to bring to the show thread!!!!

Meeting Time: Friday June 25th 4pm Sharp

PLEASE DO NOT this thread... we already have an HIN thread for the purpose! Only post there if you have a suggestion of what to add to the bring list. I would like to keep this thread short to encourage everyone to keep checking back on what to bring/details. This way everyone is informed!

Friday Meeting Time: 4pm Sharp

Friday Roll-In Meeting Place:
Best Western
501 N. 22nd Street
Philadelphia, PA 19130

Phone: 215-568-8300 Fax: 215-557-0259

Car wash info: The hotel has agreed to let us wash there we will have a bucket for you, but BRING your own cleaning supplies please!

Roll-in time: We will depart the hotel to roll to the convention center together AT 6:30PM SHARP! be ready.....bring your car as clean as possible!

Roll-in details Friday night/ Saturday details

First of all read this! http://www.hotimportnights.com/showinfo/fi...65176613224.pdf

That being said, and realizing you wont RTFM .....

IMPORTANT: Friday night all cars must have their batteries disconnected and gas tank tapped off after we roll-in. You must have less than an 1/4 tank of gas to roll-in! (YES, they check!) If you get into town early and still have too much gas...burn it off early in the day!

You will be given 2 wristbands at roll-in for you and your guest. YOU MUST bring these back on Saturday!

Saturday we are allowed back in the show at 2 PM for prep work, etc...you MUST have the wristbands with you! There is no organized time for us to meet as a group on Saturday. Remember that the show/judging starts at 5pm, so even if you don

^^10mm , and I would bring some towels for last minute touch up or dusting. maybe even a california car duster. Just in case you have over a quarter tank of gas--- I've had two shows that I've been to and these are things people have done and they worked, in HIN baltimore we blacked out Evan's gauge with a sharpie. And at Import expressions we took out the fuse for the gauge cluster, which required the owners manual. just in case you're running late. For anyone that has Volks or any other aftermarket wheel that comes with nice valve caps, consider bringing a crappy set to put on while your car sits in the show area over night so you dont have someone steal your $20(each) Volk valve caps.
