Default Need a motor -_-

So you guys know the whole story about my quest to boosting the s2k.... Well I took everyone's advice and returned the car back to stock and when i hit 350 miles on the motor (150 which were non boosted), i ended up with a spun bearing lol.... No idea why or how, just know that i spun a bearing and i don't want to deal with that motor any longer. Called the shop that built the motor and they said when rebuilding something like this they can't guarantee it. So i'm just cutting my losses and buying a stock unmolested motor.

I want to pick up a stock f20c with lower mileage if anyone knows of any please let me know. 7176442144..

does it have anything to do with the shop who was doing the work and took ages to get it done...and that they possibly did something wrong with their work that lead to a spun bearing?

From my own experiences, yea, go buy a used motor and be done with it. I feel for you man. Keep your head up!

You could always go the F22 route too. I know a guy who had this done for his B Street Prepared autocross car. I think Evan's did most of the work for him.

well i called the shop that built the motor after getting it machined by inline pro and they said they couldn't do anything for me. they were gonna charge me labor to even take it apart to look at what was possibly wrong... I'm just gonna bite the bullet and just buy a new/used motor....

I was seriously really close to buying a g37x on monday then backed out last second after seeing a couple of s2000s on the ride out to pittsburgh lol... that and the kid lied about a couple of stuff that pissed me off... so until the s2000 gets a new motor dropped in it i'll be riding around on my bike rain or shine... been a great past month with all the crazy weather (hot, drizzles to thunderstorms, to even being cold yesterday) not...
