HIN Baltimore 9/5/03-9/6/03 feeler thread, who is in and who needs a hotel room?

Ok boys and girls its time! As you may know the Del Val group took home hottest club team participation trophy at HIN Philly show back in March (see threads) for having the largest club in the show!

For the most part the show was a blast! We have some plans to make this one even better! Between Del Val and Mid Atlantic and possibly a couple from Metro New Yorkers we should be able to have a great display at the Baltimore show.

More details will follow but basically at this point we need to know who MIGHT be interested and who WOULD need a hotel room. We are going to try and get a group rate on a hotel that is close to the convention center.

The deal is we have to roll in Friday night 9/5 before the show and LEAVE YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT at the convention center. The show is actually Saturday night (5-12PM)

Mike, you might want to cross reference to the thread you've got on the subject in the Mid Atlantic forum so that "we" can coordinate better as the date nears.

Oh yeah...I'm in...

BTW...do you know yet whether I'm flying to Philly or B-more? Deb seemed to imply that I was driving down in your car, so I'm just looking for the semi-official word...

Hmmm...I confused myself, so let me try again.

Edit your first post in this thread. Add a link to the thread you started in the Mid Atlantic Forum. This will help in coordinating the two groups.

So, I guess this means I'm flyin' to Philly. I'll probably make plane reservations the end of next week.
