A Berlina hardtop is a nice accessory for any S2000.

Anyone know what hardware is needed and the cost? Does this have a defroster?

You want OEM hardware? +/-$300? You want track / security hardware? +/- $200?

I wouldn't even be concerned with the defroster. It's a non-issue in such a small car like the S2000. At least for me anyway.

OEM hardtop has a defroster and plug. The hardware that Joe refers to at $300 includes the hard top pin receivers and a defroster plug receiver.
It's a simple on off process....not a technical piece at all.
And I also agree with Joe regarding the defroster. If the s2000 is NOT your daily driver, you probably won't be taking it out in weather that requires a defroster.

They make the hardtop more permanent. You'll need tools to remove the top. More for track use and security. If you're going to be removing and reinstalling the hardtop a few times / year I wouldn't recommend them.

ajay, will you be attending the Mid-Winter Gathering at Zippy's this Saturday?
