Default FS AP1 Motor

So I'm putting up my motor for sale. I'll meet up half way with it if anyone want's it. I tried to ship it to someone and it ended up being around 300 bucks to ship so didn't want to deal with it.

The bottom end has 300 miles on it and the head has around 20k on it. Top was taken from a buddy's s2000 that spun his bearing motor at 20k when he s/c'ed it. Anyways the head was cleaned and what not prior to reassembly so i don't know if that means it has 20k on it or 300 miles on it like the block. I'm gonna say 20k to be fair, since the parts do have 20k on it.

I never opened up the motor, nor did the mechanic at the honda dealership. I figure 1100 bucks picked up and if you want i'll meet up half way i'm willing to do that up to 50 miles which is near KOP for me.

It has ARP head studs, nearly new pistons bought from a spare motor that InlinePro had, newer rods from the same motor InlinePro sent me, and a crank that was also machined by InlinePro. I don't know what happened honestly. I don't want to bullshit anyone and tell you that I do. I was on the highway and at around 5k rpms i started hearing a tapping noise a mile out from my house. Drove straight back to my house and by the time i got there it was pretty loud. The oil inside the motor didn't even have metal shavings in it when i drained the oil. I'm sure that it would be an easy fix. As the Honda Tech told me I could get a new crank and bearings and everything would be perfect again, but I didn't want to risk it being that it was rebuild already 2 times. The bottom end was machined by InlinePro and then assembled by Innovative motorworks. As you may have read from one of my previous listings I had an issue with the motor and wasn't warrantied or anything, so decided to go with a new motor from a wrecked s2k.

My pictures arent uploading for some reason, but if anyone is truly intereested let me know and i'll text you some pictures. 7176442144

i took pictures of the inside of the ports to show the condition of the exhaust side valves. I know it's not much.... It doesn't have the vtec solenoid, or the intake manifold. Does have a brand new TCT in it though. I was actually thinking about parting it out since i could get a lot more money that way, but I think that just selling it as a whole will be a lot less head ache.

If anyone is just interested in the head LMK, if i have enough interest in the other parts i'll just take the head off.
