Default Egg Shaped Wheels

I have am running on a set of AP2 V1 wheels, and it was brought to my attention that when I got the Star Specs put on last week that 3 out of 4 wheels had a little bit of an egg shape for. I went to see what they were talking about and they showed me the movement the wheel had on the machine and this wasnt what I would like to have on the car while going 100+ or any speed.

Can this be fixed? Where is a good shop in the Philly area and surrounding that can repair these?

damn. I'd jump on gregsju's wheels if this deal doesn't fall through. Give him a PM and hope that his deal falls through. Then keep your starspecs as spare tires until you go through his tires...

Is the wheel itself egg shaped, or is the hub not machined right and it becomes egg shaped with these speeds?

Well it appears like the wheel itself is egg shaped, my tire pressure is fine but has nothing to do with the rim itself. The guy threw it on the balancer for me and put a measuring guide in line with the inside of my rims, and it jumped all over the place (FYI the rims came with the car.) This could have happened while I was running on my old set of tires that had zero tread on them, making the rim take more abuse when accidentally hitting pot holes. Either way this should be able to get fixed right?

There was a guy on here who posted up his wheel damage just about a couple months ago, and the shop that repaired his rims did a great job. Anyone know of a few places I can call?

Honda Warrenty? This is a long shot...

Thanks.

And yes my car is jacked up, but when I take care of this, and get the UK alignment done I'll be flyin' high!

Shoot Wheels america (fixrim.com) an email. They may be able to fix it. They'll tell you if they can't and save you the trouble/money.

http://www.finishlinewheels.com/HONDA/S2000/2005/ has replica wheels for a pretty good price. I believe people on the forums have purchase from them before.

yeah fixrim wanted $160 per rim, that seems a bit too high don't you think. Now are the stock AP2 V1 rims Silver or Chrome? I might go with the replica or just save for the Advan RZ's.

Thanks for your help...
