The car will be fine for 4 months or whatever parked on the ground. Just over-inflate the tires to like 50psi and/or roll the car forward or backwards 1 foot once a month.
If you need a set of 4 crappy 16" S2000 tires that will hold air, I have a set I will trade you in exchange for a case of beer.

Funny...almost forgot how anal you guys are (like me!). Seriously, before you store, oil change...but cycle a few times( to full temp)...or...30 mi. at decent rpm. Jack stands... remove wheels (so not to hang on the sus.) She be perfectly fine till spring. If you feel the need to start her up during the winter do so slowly... then rev a bit, Id just leave her, and break her in again in the spring.
