It is both disappointing and frustrating to me that we have to cancel the trackday event due to insufficient participation. We have been unable to get the numbers of participants needed to cover costs though we left registration open to the last minute in the vain hope of an eleventh hour surge but it was not to be. I sincerely apologize to you for this action and hope you understand the situation.
I would like to thank you for "putting your money where your mouth is" and patronizing the event. We had a deceptive number of positive responses to the call but low number of applications.
Hopefully next time will be better. We would like to give it one final try in September or October as we believe this is an idea who's time has come. I will keep you posted and hopefully will see you and your friends out there then.

Well, yes Jerry there are some incentives for you to come, even if you're not driving.
First, we hope to also have a mini concourse event in the paddock, as we envision a number of owners we know from the Sports Car Touring Days bringing their rides to show off.
In addition, the Washington DC Region of the SCCA will be hosting the Twelve Hours at the Point on the main track.

Please consider this to be a gentle reminder that I need applications and checks for the Jefferson Circuit trackday. I have to organize staff, instructors and food and consequently need a definite advance enrollment for the spaces available. I would appreciate it if you would send your application and check for $200.00 (for S2KCA members/S2000 owners) or $225.00 (for non-S2000 owners) to:
Club Vitesse Track Day
C/o Gregg Ginsberg
20162 Braeton Bay Terrace #303
Ashburn, VA 20147
If your plans have changed please let me know so that I can give your space to somebody else. If you need another application let me know.
