Update: We are now under contract. The house rox, the driveway is scary, but all is good.

It is considered West Chester but is pretty close to downingtown. It's off of 322 right near the orchards.

I was almost considering having an s2ki mini meet at my house for a house warming kinda thing, but I don't think most of you would want to even try and traverse the driveway

Final Update: House is now ours. As of last night we are now the proud owners of our house We will be moving in this weekend (hopefully assuming no bad weather) and already thinking about how to trick out the garage and fix the drive way.

Anyone have an idea on how much a heated driveway is? I've seen a couple places that do it, but haven't called them to get a quote yet.

wtf they make heated driveways??? thats must be the most expensive shit ever...having a driveway paved is a couple grand let alone having HEATING ELEMENTS installed underneath it

congrats man thats my next step...owning my own home

Congrats on the house. Heated driveways are great. All the mansions out at Lake Tahoe had them. Apparently they don't cost too much to run once they're put in, but I have no idea how much installation costs.
