This is the Neshaminy Mall area, west side of US 1. There is a Lowe's, Wal-Mart, Red Robin, Cracker Barrel, etc in the immediate area...to give you an idea where Wendy's is. The turnpike entrance is attached to Wendy's parking lot.
Yes, it's early I know....there is also a Starbucks 100 yds away from Wendy's.
