So I met tinkfest & mike31416 at the Lansdale meet and it came up that these guys brew their own beer. We decided that this is the perfect opportunity to have an outdoor BBQ and I figured, why not make some Kalbi (Marinated, Beef short ribs).

We decided to try for Saturday 6/27 @ 5:00PM.

Directions
Take 476N
Take Exit 56? Lehigh Valley exit for 78/22.
Take 22E/78E after paying toll
Right after getting onto 22E/78E, take 309 South.
Take Tilghman St East Exit off of 309S.
Merge onto Tilghman St, Right onto Parkway
Take all the way to end. Road will T. Make left onto Springhouse.
Make right @ first stop onto Trexler blvd.
Immediately after making right, you will see looooooooooong driveway with a truck and trailer, that will be JFOs.

Some items needed:
Donald - Beef, Rice, Plasticware, Ice, Cooler (for drinks)
Tink & Mike - Homebrew beer
sigma93 - Kimchee
suprm0nky73 - Drinks (water, soda, etc)
CHR!S - Lettuce

5 heads of Red/green leaf lettuce.
Pasta Salad?
Jello Shots?
More beer?
Side dishes?

Uhhhhhh... You can make kimchee?!?!?! Wow. I usually just spedn the 5-20bux and buy a jar at the korean market.

So you're going to bring kimchee? It's one of those, people will hate/love it kind of things.

At least John will be able to let you know that you're there a week early...solo. Will a WRX and a Mini show up??? I know there will be a xB with Mini wheels there.

Of course I am in. I will be brewing a Hefeweizen for the festivities My keg hold ~2.5 cases of beer should be enough for everyone to have a few pints (unless Tim comes )
