I wanted to know if anyone out there has used a good, trustworthy mechanic from the Philadelphia or suburban Philadelphia area. Looking for one who can put in an exhaust for a reasonable price (possibly order the parts through them), and also if they have access to body kits (front lips, etc.). I would order the stuff myself, but I know that some mechanics, detailers, etc. are licensed dealers and can get this stuff for me at a nice discount . Thanks!

the only way your going to save cash on parts is by talking to the vendors on the site and participate in some group buys.

Most shops in our area do not carry some of the higher end parts for our cars, and if they do their expensive. Your best bet is to buy the parts you want of a vendor on the site, and install them yourself or pay someone too.

Paying a shop to install everything is not a good idea, you can save a lot of cash by doing most yourself, but their are somethings the avg. person just cant do. I try to do all the work i can by myself, if i cant do something i get help or i have to pay.

As for a good mechanic in our area, i have no clue. It would be nice to know one because ill need some FI installed come next year

If it's just an exhaust (cat back) and not a header, I'd be more than happy to install it for you / help you. And I'll even dispose of your stock exhaust for you. But I live up towards the Allentown area.
