from my area there is this shop www.sabatinicoachworks.com they do great work, might be kinda pricy though

There is a place in Jersey, Moorestown Upholstery. I was recommended by some local shops in the area. Depending on the size, I got mine patched for $30 bucks.....Let me know if you want the number.

Also, when you get it done post up some pics of the work. I have done my own temp. work on the top to keep it from wearing down more then it already has, but would like a more permanent temporary solution.
