Going to start assembling schedule. I will add the sched to my first post in this thread. Freq copy it to the top post as we get it together.

Once over items available at tech day...large fluid capacity changes have been omitted as they consume time, accumulate waste, and are of no specialty nature. Some specialty fluid services are available.
All jobs must be booked in advance, so I can put you in a time slot!
Custom Valve adjustment, retainer inspection & spark plug torque check (recommended after 10k, good for 75k)
cabin filter installed (15k)
clutch fluid change, clutch & throttle adj (first 4k, then 10k)
axle nut tsb (one time, covers all years)
remove IAC valve and clean/free up rotary shaft, helps dipping idle
repair loose 12v outlet in center console, adjust parking brake while apart
four wheel brake fluid flush with ATE Super Blue Race/Street brake fluid
serpentine belt installed
Billman's modified soft top or hardtop latches. Eliminates rattles, loose latches, and wind noise
Tire-saver toe-in adjustment, no alignment needed
Billman's modified timing chain tensioner (TCT) installed, lifetime guarantee
Upgrade retainers with AP2 retainers and keepers. Custom Valve Adjustment and parts are included with this service. As of now, about 10% of 2000-2003 S2000s will have this problem.
Billman’s clutch replacement, includes: NEW oem honda disc, new oem honda TO bearing and pilot bearing, labor to R&R transmission, flywheel resurfacing, pressure plate resurfacing, input spline cleaning, slave cylinder rod reconditioning, release guide reconditioning, clutch fluid flush and adjustment, all key points lubed with the best industrial grease in the machining market. If either of your PP or flywheel cannot be resurfaced, I will supply either or both, free of charge. All performed….while you wait.
