I don't mean short-shifting is bad, what I have read on here is that skipping gears is bad especially winding out 1-2-3 and then going into 6.

Clear as mud?

340 miles on a tank a couple years ago, my average mpg is 27/28 and i dont exatly drive gas friendly either loli get better milage from my s2k than my si

I noticed some people just get better mileage than others no matter how they drive.

Im averaging 17 mpg, but 20 hwy

Something about the input and output shaft speeds and the difference in how fast they are spinning.

I average 25-27 MPG on a regular basis. Best ever was 30.1 MPG going from Philly to Williamsburg, VA - no stopping, very little traffic.
