(I caught myself after re-reading). That might work. . . but my $64 question would be about where in the stack those things encrypt vs. the granularity of the filter.
i'll have to ask my brother, he's on comcast and he uses azureus and i think skype was installed on one of the computers at some point

It's more about getting the most out of VoIP. . . esp. what with all the phone calls to places overseas. . . like Canada, or long-distance domestic to Toronto.
