Hey Mikey--looks like Gov. Kathleen Blanco was the one who informed Pres. Bush that the levees were intact:

I believe Bush said that, after he was told by Blanco & others that the levees did not fail.

I'm also pointing out that Bush's statement was NOT in front of a jury and/or a Congressional hearing.
