I’m not a big fan I find it tends to have a bit of a gritty taste to it,the gluten free corn is better. I will say though that I find that the whole wheat pasta seems to be more filling to me and I end up eating less of it.

Yeah it is the texture I dislike , it is gritty, I can't eat it.

We had some sushi, I had crab avocado types, and a bowl of Udon noodles , I love those noodles.

We made spaghetti at home, I cooked. I made it in an olive oil and fresh garlic sauce, chopped bacon, touch of butter and spices, and romano cheese. Everyone liked it.

I know it’s early but my restaurant owner friend ( she is Muslim ) brought me dinner last night. Sourdough bread, salad , and veggie pizza. Loved it.
She is a sweetheart.

I also made homemade spaghetti sauce on Sunday I used crushed tomatoes we canned from last years garden and as usual made a huge batch to freeze for later.

For valentines day I made Tuscan Chicken Pasta so it was a bit of an Italian week kinda thing I guess!

Thin crust pizza with pepperoni, olives, onions and extra mozzarella. I usually have regular crust but every once in awhile I enjoy the thin crust.
