Probably more than a snack but I just made a casserole as I’m pretty hungry. Used a lot of leftovers cooked up some macaroni tossed in 3 kinds of cheese, some cut up meatloaf, bacon, peas and corn added some butter, olive oil, garlic and red pepper with a spinach salad with bacon bits on the side.

We bought some tangerines from California recently and they are delicious, and easy to peel. I'm eating a bunch of them tonight, hard to resist.

my wife made a fresh batch of rice krispie squares , they are really good when fresh and soft right after being made.
