I think you are like me :shudders: ... When allowed to operate on my own schedule, I naturally stay awake until 5-7 am then sleep during the day. I theorize that I am just living in the wrong time zone. I should be in east Asia somewhere.

so here's the plan.. this is how i'm gonna remedy my situation..

step one... Sleep Deprivation: stay up really late tonight watching ESPN and Best Damn SPorts Show... sleep for a couple hours only..

Step two... wear myself out to complete exhaustion: wake up real early the next morning... run a ton of errands that day and get in a massive workout.

Step Three... Sleep a normal 8 hours at a normal time: i dont let myself go to bed till around 10pm.. then wake up the next morning at 6am.. go for a run to wake myself up...

this should put me right back on track! i'll tell you all how it goes... i should know by sunday

I'm betting she doesn't make it past step one.

This plan will not work cause when your alarm rings in the morn you will NOT be getting out of bed. You'll be thinkin screw that I'm sleepin!

I always do - and then my Mum storms in and kicks my a$$ out of dream land

Your best bet is stay up late on Saturday night because you are more likely to get up to watch football on Sunday. Then you should be sleepy Sunday night at a normal time.
