James, I'm not sure if you want more info on this but here it is.
Turbo cars have oil feed line going through turbo. and if turbo is not cooled down properly, oil stays in the line and gets hardend. over the period of time, eventually, this will cloak the line and no oil to the turbo and turbo will blow... ehhh... that's what they say but it doesn't actually blow.
anyway, if the driver was like me who shuts the engine off as soon as reaches destination, turbo timer will let the engine idle for 2 min or pre-set time to cool the turbo down properly.
