Well, when people come into the office and see a small rug elevated a meter off the floor, I suppose they would catch on. A big rug is the key

I imagine that would gather some attention.

If you put a ring of Newcastles around the whole mess, people might enjoy it as some sort of still life objet d'art. An alternative to a rock garden...
