My friend took me to an authentic Indian restaurant, it was the first time in my life that I ate authentic Indian food. I have no idea what I ate but it was pretty good, a bit spicy.

I've never been to an Indian restaurant. I have a few friends who know what I like and they are sure that I would like Indian food.

Rob, I would never go to one on my own, there is so much on the menu and you really have no idea of what you might like. I wanted to try everything, I left it up to my friend to order the food he liked best. Glad we did it that way. It was good, the naan bread is really good, lots of vegetable based dips and sauces to put onto chicken and kebobs, deep friend lentil based puffs, perfectly cooked rice and authentic butter chicken is so much better than the fake stuff I've had over the years. The Indians have their own form of "gravy" too , lol.
