I'm looking forward to whenever I have enough cash/equity that I can start the process for approval and construction of a garage. I think we've decided that we'll be in Steilacoom for at least 10 more years...

I'm saying a garage is the #1 requirement at all these rental houses we are looking at. Unfortunately it wont be as cavernous as our current garage.

I'm going to try to build one that can fit 2 full sized SUV's. We'll never OWN two, but I'm sick of garages that are designed without the real world in mind. I figure that, if I design it that big, I'll have plenty of room to store all our toys...and that won't include the already existing shed that will be attached to the garage...
