I'm wondering what from? Coming down from the "high" of the massage or PT? I have that problem from time to time when being treated for an injury...you feel good for a span of time and then it sort of "wears off" and you feel the pain again. This is a process...it should hurt a little bit less each time until you're back to where you want to be...

I'm suggesting a hot shower and/or hot compresses to loosen up the muscle tissue.

My massage therapist did a deep tissue on my tight spots that were REALLY sensitive last night... It hurt so bad when I was getting the massage, but in a good way. Now I'm feeling it, totally walking around like an old lady today

Pre-emptive pain meds is my recommendation. Just enough to dull the sharp edges...
