I'm telling you that a good massage therapist will put you at ease. They will let you wear whatever you are comfortable in...from fully clothed to nothing. Either way, you will be covered by a blanket/towel.
Just relax...tell them what the physical issues are that you wish them to address...and let them help you.

This is making me look forward to my massage tomorrow. My mom had to give up her appointment with a FANTASTIC therapist that we both know and "gifted" me her spot!
