See.. for people who frequently get sick, the sick-day system works out great.. but this year, I have taken 0 days off for being sick.. If I had sick days, what would I do with them?
So, I'm happy with the system we have... use one batch of time for whatever you need it for...


As far as FMLA, I think it's totally abused. My $.02
