I'm playing the new Forza, then heading over to my parents for lunch.. then picking up a new car cover, doctors appt, and then tennis
Not taking many vacations days in 2009 has me stockpiled.... I'm wondering where to take my 3 week vaca..

we accumulate as opposed to start with xx number of weeks and go down.. the less time i take off, the more i accumulate... i'm tentatively taking 2 weeks off in february to go out of town so i'd like to have at least 4 or 5 weeks banked before that.

I'm saying that technically speaking we don't get to carry over vacation days but I've got a boss who lets us do so. Company policy says use it or lose it unless your job is in California. He doesn’t feel that it is fair that our California employees get something we don't so now we get it as well.
