I'm saying I was "lucky" ....even after I mouthed off to the cop that the driver who stopped in the middle of the road ( and blocked traffic!) to ask the cop who was writing my ticket for directions...I yell out "thats an illegal u-turn!" ...the cop gives me attitude back and says "I directed him to make the turn" .....I say "you mean the illegal turn he made officer" )

I still managed to talk my way into a failure to obey a traffic control device... instead of a points carrying speeding ticket
