Ah, zinc, one of 17 toxic heavy metals of concern. California Title 22 remediation thresholds: Total threshold limit concentration (TTLC) - 5,000 parts per million (ppm); soluble threshold limit concentration - 250 ppm.

Do you want to know about antimony, arsenic, barium, beryllium, cadmium, chromium (and haxavalent chromium), cobalt, copper, fluoride, lead, mercury, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, silver, thallium, and vanadium also?

HAHAHAHA! Yes Mom....zinc is a mineral.....often extended illness can be caused by a deficiency of zinc...I have found that taking zinc supplements (Cold-eeze or actual vitamins) lowers the duration and severity of a cold or flu.....usually in HALF!

Just call me Dr. Mom!
