No. Right now, There has been a gas leak in our house since we moved in 5months ago. and we even smelt it during walk through and the guy said it was "natural" for it to smell. but it never went away and so my mom called the builder to send some one out and sure enough there was a gas leak in the line. and it has been leaking since we moved in. so i was wondering if there were any lawyers here to say whether or not this would be a good reason to sue the builder. because they said they had it inspected but obviously whom ever inspected it did a shit job and obviously cant smell or didnt use the meter thingy. and plus weve other numerous problem to go along with this..but this is the straw that broke the camels back

Right now, the gas is turned off to it. Oakwood home builders have shitty services... take too long to do anything new slogan should be "more house, Less money, More Problems"

right now, if your parents signed off on the inspection and no note was made of the leak or other problems, they're kind of SOL. They may want to look into a 3rd party inspector to look and see if the leak is large enough to be dangerous. If it is and the builder didn't clearly tell your parents, there may be ground for some action or a letter from a lawyer.
