Right now, I'd like to add that my favorite football rule is that the ground can't cause a fumble. :sweetj:

 

Right now I'm saying it can't.

 

Right now the Packers are playing football again... and tied.

 

Right now, if a player can't hold on to the ball when he hits the ground, either during a tackle or after a tackle-it should be considered a fumble.

 

Right now, once the player contacts the ground, he is down.

 

Right now, the play should be considered "over" once the whistle is blown.

Right now, I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill but football has gotten too silly recently with all these rules.

Right now the whistle is supposed to blow once the ball carrier contacts the ground.
