@zeroptzero we fired up the RocBOx when the 's were here this weekend, I'd LOVE to say we had total success but we had a few that turned out too doughY luckily I had several extra doughs ready but its frustrating,
we DID learn that yes using flour and Corn Meal under helps it slide off the peel easier & turn easier.
Just wanna get it 100% right so keep on trying
Also I wonder if the dough itself might have been an issue as we used fresh ones from the store vs making it
any thoughts from you the pizza expert would be appreciated
all in all they ALL had fun making theirs and customizing them, my youngest was throwing his dough into the air even #

My landlady planted them a looooooong time ago. This perennial garden was here when I moved in 28 years ago! All I know is there are a lot of purple flowers right now
I just spent a couple more hours out there I’ll see if I can take a better pic for ya Mom. (I’m gonna eat lunch right now!)

WOW 28 years in one place I think our record is 10
So yeah those are beautiful Iris & Lupines I had both in WA, I know your climate is drastic from mine but I'm pretty sure they both would do ok here, problem I have is the ground in this new house is SUPER Hard & ROCKY NOT an easy task to plant anything
the guys used a full size Jack Hammer when putting in the shrubs and 2 trees we had purchased.
I can't just go out & dig a hole & pop in a 1 - 5 gallon plant we actually purchased a small Jack Hammer from Harbor Freight that I can handle but it truly takes the fun out of the operation
I just did an 8 X 4 bed and then built a cinder block surround to add good dirt into it to be able to have a small flower bed I have 2 Lupines, a Foxglove and several other perennials so far.
enjoy that nice flower area you have & tell your Land lady

It’s the same here as far as being rocky and there is ledge all over the place. My lanldlady and her husband dug everything up back in the day before they planted I’m sure it wasn’t easy but I would say these perennials were a good investment for sure as they pop up every year.
Don’t know if you saw my other post Mom but a bear cub came through yesterday about an hour after I took those pics!

Yes I have my big door open now so there is just the screen door, if I decide to take a nap I may shut the big door or maybe I will live on the edge Thanks for telling me what the name of the flowers are I need to remember the names now!
