Yeah, and I need less sleep. I'm up at 5 every morning. (Naps during the day, though.) Hard exercise: one hour of hard weight training three times a week at the gym plus one hour of hard cardio every day on our exercise bike at home (intervals, so I really get my heart and lungs going). Plus good diet. I've never felt better! Blood pressure 115-70 every morning, plus I've dropped both blood pressure medications. Pretty good for an old fart who turns 78 next month, huh?
