while on vacation they served a thing they called pizza, it was on unleavened dough and was horrible. I had to make some focaccia barese tonight to satisfy my cravings. It is just used as a snack that keeps well for a couple days. It just has sliced cherry tomatoes, olives, italian seasoning, olive oil, and and grated cheese.
