Can someone clue me in. I'm relatively new to the corner and noticed many threads start with "The (official, unofficial, semi-official) _______ thread." So are there rules to what determines what is official, semi official etc. or is it a discretionary thing in which the person who starts the thread determines it's level of "officialness." Just wonderin'.
