people are so stupid most never listen and when they do it is with there mouth

i just had someone quit because they didn't do what they said they would(this part is required by law for there job)so their paycheck got held.(this went on for three weeks before we decided to hold the check) Guess what, they get it done 5 minutes after they realized that's why they didn't get paid and then they quit yelling at me the whole time saying it is my fault because i let them work eventhough they didn't hold up their end of the bargin and this persom make over 30 dollars and hour it just goes to show some people never grow up
