$263.00 - Seattle monorail tax - a ing monorail to nowhere!

This is only charged to residents in the city! Maybe my car will move!

well here in cali...thank god for arnold! because I would have ended up paying around 550 in car tax..but now its only around 200

 

Arnold needs to lower the car tax so he can spend the money on chrome-dipping his entire Hummer.

 

So I'm debating the ethics of registering my car out of town
