Well not really... but my brother did.
He's coveted my S for a long while and has now decided to get a 350Z ragtop. He put down $1K.

I'm still unclear... Has your brother still decided to sell your S2000???
At least it should priovide some unbiased opinion on the new 'Z'
*Just noticed that a Z is nothing more than a backwards S that apparently can't handle the curves!!!

Lol, Zoechops. Good one. I'm tempted to put that in my sig, but a. it's not original (I didn't come up with it, very creative otherwise), and b. I don't want to piss off any Z owners on this site.

Don't know the price and it's not out. My brother put down a deposit to have first crack at them when they get ordered... not until March or April.

Interesting. Thanks, John.
You know the top part of the front end is very, very . The way the light treatment is integrated into the fender is pretty slick. But then your eye drops down beneath the Z emblem on the hood line and it's hideoso... Those vertical metal strips look like the rails that you use to mount shelves on to a wall, don't you think? It looks like someone ripped the front bumper off. Alright, maybe it's just me.
OK, well anyway... It should make a nice convertible. Clearly, this is relevant competition for the S. At least from the market perspective.
