Default I'm hungry.

This whole trying to lose weight thing sucks ass... I've been trying to cut back on evening snacks (particularly soda and chips). But damn, I swear I'm hungry for 95% of the day. And I'm not losing much weight, either.

Eat a little bit at a time, all the time...keeps your metobolism going and you're really never hungry!

I've lost weight myself since eating right and not drinking soda (since I'm on a no caffeine diet). I think not drinking much alcohol has also helped. I wonder how much more I'll lose once my workout routine gets more regular.

Billy...you may also want to check into a good daily multi-vitamin. I'm taking Vita Max...it has a lot of energy producing vitamins and others that help your metabolism out too. $9 for a month supply...I got it at my local grocery store.

Eat less, exercise more. Haven't really changed what I eat, just how much and how often.

I eat anything I want, anytime I want, and I'm still 150lb.
